UNLV Sends Two To 2018 NCAA Championships|

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV will send one swimmer and one diver to the 2018 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships that are being held this week Columbus, Ohio at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavillion on the Ohio State campus. The championships is a four-day competition, with the 800 Free Relay taking placing night as the solo event of the first day.
This year the Rebels will be sending one representative each for both women's swimming and diving.
Sophomore Sofia Carnevale comes into the meet ranked 29th in the 100 breast. Carnevale holds the MW conference title in this event and the fastest overall time in UNLV history. The 100 breast will be on Friday.
Senior Myka Fielding finished 8th on 3 meter at the 2018 NCAA Zone E Diving Championships, punching her ticket to the NCAA Women's Championships and becoming the first Rebel diver in over two decades to compete. She will compete on 3 meter on Friday.
Buckeye Vision will be streaming finals on Thursday, for Friday ESPN3 will be streaming, and ESPNU will be showing Saturday of the women's Championships. Live results can be accessed here: http://www.sidearmstats.com/
