JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played two seasons at College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls for coach Jim Walker...last season, appeared in 54 games and batted .414 (75-for-181) with 75 runs scored and a team-high 20 home runs and 73 RBI...ranked tenth in the region in batting, second in the region in home runs and fifth in the region in RBI...had 17 doubles, 13-for-17 in stolen bases, on base percentage of .516 and a slugging percentage of .851...team compiled an overall record of 39-16 and advanced to the regional tournament...as a freshman (1998), batted .380 (65-for-171) with 12 doubles, 10 home runs and 39 RBI.
