UNLV CAREER: Johnson is in his second season in the Runnin’ Rebel program in 2017-18 ... Transferred to UNLV from Milwaukee where he played under current Runnin' Rebel assistant coach Rob Jeter, who was the Panthers' head coach through the 2015-16 season.

REDSHIRT (2016-17 - UNLV): Sat out the 2016-17 season at UNLV after transferring from Milwaukee.

JUNIOR (2015-16 - MILWAUKEE): Earned second-team All-Horizon League honors ... Started all 33 of the Panthers' games ... Averaged 12.5 points, 8.1 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game in 35.2 minutes per contest ... Shot 78.8 percent from the free-throw line (156 of 198) ... Broke the school record for assists in a season and per game, finishing second in the NCAA in total assists (267) and by average ... Finished 15th in the league in scoring, was second in assists, seventh in free-throw percentage, first in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.9) and third in minutes played ... His 1,162 total minutes played was third all-time in program history ... Also broke the school record for most assists in a game, finishing with a career-high 15 vs. UIC on Feb. 28 to eclipse the former mark by one ... JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played two seasons at John Wood Community College in Quincy, Ill., and was tabbed NJCAA First Team All-America in 2014-15 after leading the team to the NJCAA Division II national championship game … Also collected Region 24 Player of the Year and Mid-West Athletic Conference Player of the Year accolades in 2014-15 after contributing 15.3 points, 3.9 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.2 steals per game, while shooting 35.2 percent (51-for-145) from 3-point range and 82.5 percent (198-for-240) from the free-throw line … Scored in double digits on 29 occasions and topped the 20-point plateau nine times in 2014-15 ...
