QUOTABLE:“I'm glad my guys bought in to the defensive side of the ball in the second half. I called an early timeout, I just didn't think they came out with the energy and the pop that we needed. Everybody wants to beat the Rebels, so you are going to get everybody's best shot. You need to make sure you show up every single night. I think we are still learning that lesson. Hopefully we learned a lesson and got the W, but we can't afford to not embrace that opportunity to wear the Scarlet and Gray and don the Rebel jersey. We have to do a better job understanding the value of having one of those jerseys. I have to keep teaching them and educating them and I know we will get them there eventually.” - UNLV head coach Marvin Menzies.
