Runnin' Rebels Rout Tennessee-Martin, 74-58

LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Wink Adams scored a team-high 20 points to lead UNLV to an easy victory over Tennessee-Martin, 74-48, Saturday afternoon.
Adams, who had 19 first-half points, went 7-of-11 from the field, including 3-of-4 from 3-point range. He also had five rebounds for the Rebels (8-3).
Lester Hudson, the nation's third leading scorer, led the Skyhawks (5-7) with game-highs of 26 points and 11 rebounds. Hudson, who also had three steals, went 8-of-9 from the free-throw line.
The Rebels never trailed, leading by as much as 29 points, 44-15, at one point during the first half. The Rebels' lead never got below 22 points in the second half.
UNLV hit 30 of 63 shots from the field (48 percent) while Tennessee-Martin was 16-of-60 (27 percent).
