Kickin' It With Serge: Entry No. 10

The first and last home game at Sam Boyd came very quickly. I never knew how quick things in life come and go, but they do. I was pretty disappointed that we did not go out with a win at home, but I commend the guys. We did not go quietly. We fought really hard in the second half and with that showing, I hope we left an impression for the fans. We are a good ball team and we have shown potential.

It seems throughout with career, I have had some of my greatest games against SDSU and my worst. We had players in this game that had to pick up the slack of missing players and continue to fight. You have to make sure that you are ready when called upon and we saw a good example with Wiz (Wiselet Rouzard) going in for only one play, and making a great pass break up on what would have been a touchdown.

The seniors have two more games as Rebels and we are going to do what we have to do to win these last two games. They will be very emotional games and you better believe that the seniors are going to play with as much passion as possible and I hope the rest of the team follows.

We fly to Fort Worth, TX and go play TCU. This is a great opportunity to go there and beat a good football team. We have to have a great week of practice and focus on the vaccumm that we are in right now, which is these two last games.

I hope the true Rebel fans stick with us because we need you guys.
