2009-10 (Junior): At the MWC Championships, was runner-up in both the 100 fly (47.16) and 200 fly (1:47.73) and placed third in the 200 IM (1:49.05) ... led off the 200 medley relay to a new MWC record, and also swam the back leg on the first place 400 medley relay squad .. earned relay All-American honors as he led off the eighth-place 200 medley relay at the NCAA champions ... also was a member of the Rebels' 14th-place 200 free relay at the NCAA championships, while his backstroke leg on the 400 medley relay (48.03) set a new MWC record ... placed 21st in the 100 fly as well at the NCAAs, and was 31st in the 200 fly. 2008-09 (Sophomore): Swept the fly events at the league championships, winning the 100 fly individual title in a league-record time of 46.88, and touched the wall in 1:44.67 in the 200 fly, third-fastest swim in UNLV history ... added a fourth-place performance in the 100 back (48.83) ... led off the MWC-record setting 200 medley relay and swam the fly leg on the MWC-record setting 400 medley relay. 2007-08 (Freshman): One of the top flyers in the conference ... missed the conference championships due to a case of mono. High School: Four-year performer for head coach Ron Buda ... four-time state champ in the 100 fly and won three titles in the 200 free. Club: Member of the Sierra Marlins swim team, along with joining the national junior team ... won the most motivational award in 2005.
