AUBURN, Ala. - Erik Scalise finished 10th in the 400 IM with a time of 3:51.08 at today's NCAA Championships in Auburn, Alabama. Scalise advanced to the consolation finals of the 400 IM after a 10th place (3:52.08) showing in the preliminaries which took place earlier today. This was the second event Scalise has participated in at the Championships in as many days. Yesterday he finished in 21st place overall in the 200 IM with his time of 1:48.76.

Scalise is one of two UNLV swimmers competing at this year's NCAA Championships. Andrew Livingston will swim in the 200 butterfly event tomorrow. The prelims of the 200 fly take place at 11:00am with the finals and consolation finals slated for 7:00pm.
