Rachel Dunn is in her sixth year with the Lady Rebels, and first as the Director of Operations after three years as administrative coordinator and two years as the team's video coordinator. In her current role at UNLV, she is responsible for team travel logistics, is the program's academic liaison, assists in marketing and promotions and coordinates community outreach activities and special events.
As the administrative coordinator, she was responsible for team travel and caretaking of the office's databases. As video coordinator, she was responsible for UNLV's file exchange along with scouting, editing and breaking down game footage of opponents.
Dunn was a two-sport athlete at Castleton State College in Castleton, Vt., as she played for both the hockey and softball teams. While at Castleton, she worked an internship in the front office of the Vermont Frost Heaves of the American Basketball Association. She received her bachelor's degree in sport administration in 2007, and her master's degree in sport and leisure service management from UNLV in May of 2010.
