Bush-Herzer To Attend NCAA Coaches Academy |

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) -UNLV women's golf head coach Amy Bush-Herzer is one of 10 coaches in the nation who will attend an exclusive two-day clinic Nov. 29 - Dec. 1 in Denver, Colorado. The Alliance of Women's Coaches is hosting the inaugural NCAA Coaches Academy 2.0 and offered a select group of coaches to participate in the event.
The clinic will feature multiple presentations from some of the most influential women in intercollegiate athletics and will focus on leadership skills and professional development.
"I am excited and honored to have the opportunity to represent UNLV Athletics at the academy this week," said Bush-Herzer. "I'm looking forward to meeting other coaches from around the country and gaining skills and insights that will benefit our team and our department as a whole."
In addition to Bush-Herzer, the nine other coaches include: College of the Holy Cross field hockey head coach Lindsay Jackson; St. Francis University softball head coach Jennifer Patrick-Swift; United States Air Force Academy women's soccer assistant coach Kiha Sutta; University of Central Florida women's rowing assistant coach Conny Kirsch; University of Southern California women's soccer associate head coach Jennifer Klein; University of the Pacific women's soccer head coach Kerri Scroope; Wellesley College women's soccer head coach Melissa Price; Whitman College women's lacrosse head coach Kirkland Lewis; and University of Illinois wheelchair basketball head coach Stephanie Wheeler.
The Scarlet & Gray have a couple months off before beginning its spring season at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge Feb. 11-13, 2018 in Palos Verdes, California.
