Colleen Colleen begins her second season as an assistant coach at UNLV.
Caldwell started her collegiate career at The College of New Jersey. There she participated in two NCAA Division III final four tournaments. She was a co-captain her senior year as Rutgers completed a 14-8-1 season and earned a trip to its first ever NCAA Sweet 16.
Prior to her senior year she was part of the U23 PDA team that played and won the National Championship for U23. She earned her bachelor's degree in communications from Rutgers in January of 2003.
