LAS VEGAS - The UNLV women's soccer team returns to action this weekend, as the Rebels will meet in-state rival Nevada, Reno, on the road on Friday at 7 p.m., and then return home to host Northern Arizona on Sunday at 4 p.m..

UNLV, 4-3 on the season, will be looking for its first road win of the 2003 season. The Rebels are 2-0 all-time against UNR, including a 9-0 win last year in Las Vegas. Junior forward Annii Magliulo leads both the team and the Mountain West Conference in goals (7), points (16), and game-winning goals (3). Sophomore Jenna Huff has turned in great play in the goal, ranking second in the conference in both saves (40) and tied for first in shutouts with three.

Nevada, Reno is 2-3 on the year, and have been held scoreless in all three of its losses, including in its last two games, a 4-0 loss at Utah State and a 1-0 setback at Weber State. The Wolf Pack are 2-0 at home, and are paced this season by Kristin Anderson with three goals for six points.

Northern Arizona is 1-4-1 on the year coming into the weekend, with its lone win a 4-1 victory over UC Riverside on Aug. 31. Jesyca Rosholt has three of NAU's eight goals on the season, while Lindsey Carey has added two goals.
