MWC Player of the Week Honors Bestowed on Magliulo|

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - UNLV sophomore forward Annii Magliulo (Pengrove, Calif.) has been named Mountain West Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week as announced by the league office Monday.
Magliulo recorded her first career hat trick in a 4-2 victory over Cal State Northridge on Sept. 29. She becomes only the second player in school history to record a hat trick and now holds the school record for most points in a game (7) and ties the school record for most goals in a game (3).
For the weekend, Magliulo scored seven points and took seven shot attempts against Cal Poly and Cal State Northridge combined. She has scored 19 points this season on nine goals and one assist for a career 30 points to-date. Magliulo, the conference's leading scorer, currently ranks fifth all-time in scoring (30) and fourth all-time in goals scored (12).
She is only the second UNLV women's soccer player to receive MWC Player of the Week honors, since the Rebels first joined the league in 1999.
MORE LEAGUE LEADERS...The Rebels (7-3-1) are currently third in the latest MWC standings behind league rivals San Diego State (6-2-0) and No. 23-ranked Utah (5-1-2)...Senior midfielder Kelly Janke (Bellflower, Calif.) leads the league in assists (5), while senior Cosette Packer (Henderson, Nev.) is among the conference's top scorers with 11 points on five goals and one assist, third best in the MWC.
