Rebel Notes: Was a 2004 Canadian Olympic Trials semifinalist in the 400 IM.

2004-05 (Junior): Recorded three top-10 finishes at the MWC Championships ... led the Rebels with a fourth-place swim in the 400 IM (4:27.61), was fifth in the 1650 free (17:17.20) and took 10th in the 200 IM (2:07.70).

2003-04 (Sophomore): Turned in a very impressive first season as a Rebel, taking the MWC title in the 400 IM in a conference-record time of 4:20.58 ... also placed fourth in the 1650 free (10:07.63) and was fifth in the 500 free (4:55.06) at the conference championships.

2002-03 (Freshman - Wilfrid Laurier University) : Won the Rookie of the Year award. High School: Took first in the 800 free at the 2001 Canadian Junior National Championships ... won silver and bronze medals in the 400 IM and 800 free respectively at the 2002 Canadian Junior Nationals ... was a 2002 Senior Nationals finalist ... also ran cross country.
