Rebel Notes: Julie returns for her senior season as one of the team's fastest flyers. She may also swim IM and distance free events for the Rebels this season. She is a 2000 Canadian Olympic Trial finalist. 2002-03: Julie swam the third leg of the winning 400 medley relay (3:44.41) at the MWC Championships. She took third in the 100 fly (56.70), seventh in the 200 fly (2:07.12) and sixth in the 200 IM (2:06.89). She also swam the third leg of the second-place 200 medley relay (1:42.86). 2001-02: Julie swam personal bests in every event in 2001-2002. She won the 200 fly at the conference championships last season in 2:02.48, nearly a full second faster than her nearest competitor. She swam the third leg of the conference winning 200 medley relay. Julie helped UNLV to 65.5 points at conference. 2000-01: Julie scored 40 points for the Rebels at the 2001 MWC Championships. She was a member of the 800 free relay that broke the school and conference records. She also took second place in the 200 fly and fifth in the 100 fly. She also swam the fastest 200 fly (2:04.35) in the conference last season in a dual meet against Utah.
