2005-06: Ran in four indoor meets ... best career time in the 200 meters was set at the MWC Indoor Championships with a time 25.17 ... ran a 58.67 in the 400 meters, which was also a career best, at the Albuquerque Invitational ... part of the Rebel 1,600 relay team that placed third at the MWC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:48.74 ... competed in seven outdoor meets ... best placing was fourth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:04.95 at the UNLV Invite (4/1) ... added a ninth place in the same event with a time of 1:07.09 at the ASU Invitational (3/25).

2004-05: Finished third in the 200 meters at the Springco Invitational, with an indoor career-best time of 26.17 ... also ran a leg of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished first (4:01.91) at that meet ... member of 4x400 relay team that finished fifth at the MWC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:52.29 ... ran a career-best outdoor time of 57.44 in the 400 meters at the Stanford Invitational ... part of 4x400 relay team that took first at the Cal-Nevada Championships with a time of 3:43.66 ... finished ninth in the 400 meter hurdles (1:02.53) at the MWC Outdoor Championships.

2003-04: Finished 29th in the 200 meters (27.01) and 25th in the 400 meters (1:01.82) at the MWC Indoor Championships ... clocked a season-best 59.15 in the 400 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational ... crossed the line in 15th place in the 200 meters at the conference championships with a time of 25.50 ... member of the 4x400 relay team that took third at the league championship with a time of 3:47.07.

High School: Helped Gahr High to four straight league championships and two CIF Division II championships ... two-time league champion in the 300m hurdles and also ran on the 4x100 and 4x400m league champion relays ... finished third in the Division III CIF championships in the 300m hurdles, and helped the 4x400m relay set a school record ... honor roll all four years.
