(2001-02 Freshman): Did not compete in the indoor season … marked a personal and season best toss of 107-11.00 (32.89m) in the hammer throw at the UNLV Desert Classic.
High School:Three-year letterwinner in indoor and outdoor track and field … competed in the javelin, shot put, 100 meters and long jump … team won Quinnipiac Divisional Championship … placed fourth in the javelin, third in the shot put and fifth in the long jump at divisionals … also a one-year letterwinner in football under coach Tony Martone … played at outside linebacker … as a sophomore, the Green Dragons advanced to the state semifinals in 1998 … became the first female to ever play on the Hamden High School football team … received the football academic achievement award.
