AUSTIN (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV track & field program completed its second day at the 85th Annual Clyde Littlefied Texas Relays hosted by the University of Texas in Austin. UNLV's highest finish was posted by Myshauna Alexander in the javelin with a distance of 152-9 (46.57m). Alexander's throw cracked the Rebels' all-time performance list as the fourth-best recorded in program history.
The Rebels had two individuals and two relay teams compete in preliminary running events, but none of the four clocked a qualifying time for finals competition. Erin Morris finished 46th in the 100m hurdles (14.41). Zadia Bryant was 62nd in the 100m (12.15). The 4x100m relay team (Bryant, Uchechi Anunkor, Secoral Yanez and Emily Blok) had some handoff issues which left them 18th overall with a final time of 46.49. The 4x400m relay quartet (Yanez, Brett Zorich, Christine Lowe and Kelsey Williamson) crossed the line 12th overall with a time of 3:39.18.
