Spence Leads Rebels At Mt. SACs|

WALNUT, Calif. - Christine Spence's runner-up finish in the high jump was one of three top-eight performances by the Rebels as the UNLV Track & Field team finished the last day of action in the Mt. SAC Relays on Sunday afternoon at Hilmer Lodge Stadium.
Spence cleared a height of 5-08 feet to tie for second in the high jump along with Stacey Cowan of Notre Dame. Also posting top eight finishes was Kiyota Reed, seventh in the 100m hurdles in a new personal best time of 14.01, and Halima Decree, who took fourth in the 100m dash with a time of 11:57.
The Rebels will next host their first meet of the season, the UNLV Invite on Saturday at the Myron Partridge Stadium on the UNLV campus. The meet features six schools, with events beginning at 9 am.
