New Mexico Defeats UNLV Volleyball in Home Finale|

LAS VEGAS, Nev. - The UNLV volleyball team was defeated by New Mexico Saturday evening, 15-6, 15-12, 1-15, 16-14, in a Western Athletic Conference match and UNLV's home finale at the Lied Gymnasium.
New Mexico (14-14, 6-8 WAC) was led by sophomore middle blocker Amber Smith's match-high 16 kills. She also added 14 digs for the Lobos.
UNLV (8-18, 1-12 WAC) was led by sophomore outside hitter Elizabeth Goyet's match-high 20 digs. Freshman outside hitter Justine Kamelamela recorded a double-double with 10 kills and 14 digs, while junior outside hitter Staci Smith contributed 15 kills.
The Rebels will play their final match of the season on Tuesday when they battle Air Force at 7:30 p.m. MST in Colorado Springs, Colo.
