LAS VEGAS - UNLV (6-8) hosts Air Force (10-6) on Thursday night at 7 p.m. and New Mexico (3-13) on Saturday.
The Falcons were handed their first home loss of the year after taking a two-game lead on BYU. The Cougars were able to rally for the 3-2 win at Cadet East Gym. Air Force junior Molly White recorded a career-high .600 hitting percentage with 13 kills and just one error in 20 attempts versus BYU.
The Rebels are looking to snap a five-match losing streak after dropping road contests at Colorado State and Wyoming last week. In their last four matches, the Rebels are hitting just .018 compared to .271 for their opponents.
Senior Leiana Oswald is third in the MWC with 4.15 kills per game, but was held to 2.33 kills per game in two losses last week.
